Graceful Passage is a ministry dedicated to walking with individuals and families during times of illness, end-of-life care, and recovery. We believe every stage of life is sacred, and our mission is to bring the comfort, peace, and love of Christ in moments that matter most.

Emotional Care: A listening ear, compassionate companionship, and counseling referrals for patients and families.

 

Practical Help: Assistance with meals, small errands, and family support during care transitions.

 

Worship & Fellowship: Opportunities for bedside worship, praise dance, and songs of encouragement to uplift the spirit.

 

Bereavement Support: Continued comfort for families after loss through follow-up visits, prayer gatherings, and memorial services.
